ALL ABOUT WIND ENERGY
Wind Energy power is the most fast moving development in the energy field ever known. Europe and USA have largely exceeded their objectives.

A couple of true stories:
Some time ago, at an International Renewable Energy exhibition in Europe,
a Japanese gentleman stopped at our booth and stood and wondered. He then came in and asked if these CD-ROMs we were showing could give him some answers he had not yet found in the 2 days he'd wandered around this exhibition.
He had come especially from Japan to find out all about this Wind Energy, because his business was close to the sea and he wanted to build a Windmill on a quay in his property, to produce his own energy.
He had a whole list of precise questions:
he obviously had already examined the matter carefully.
One after the other his questions were being answered clearly by consulting the LIOR Wind Energy GUIDE.
They were questions about technology, environment, precise costs, design, advantages, problems, resistance, climate, materials, suppliers, etc..
After about one hour of this free consultation, he stood up and said: -"This is the most fantastic tool I have ever seen about a technology. To think that I've come all this way to find all the answers on a CD-ROM. I could have saved this trip, the money and time, had I looked for it on Internet, to buy online"-.
He, of course, bought the CD-ROM there and then and was so grateful that he bowed kindly many times, to thank us.
We too really enjoyed that meeting and were very comforted in the performance of this little CD, (our achievement!) which contained this massive amount of information, years of hard work to gather and convert it all.... exactly for that purpose !
Of course it turned out to be not only useful for people who wanted to install a windmill for their own purpose, but also a very complete guide for teaching and training (many Universities use it - students too!), industry, consultants and engineering companies. Even some of the biggest wind turbine constructors and installers use it to train their staff.
Another true story: One day, an Australian customer called and told us he was getting bored in his job and wanted to do something in the field of Renewable Energies, but he didn't know anything about it. -"Would these CDs be of help" ? He asked. So we told him that if he learned everything in one field of these CDs, he would become an Expert in that field. He took our word for it and choose the Wind Energy CD and studied the entire knowledge on the CD....
He became a remarkable expert and has now a very good consulting business!!!

The Wind Energy industry is catering for a very large increase in employment: in Europe alone there are ±160.000 direct and indirect jobs, in this sector.
